Pictured above is a July 4th weekend 2012, exactly when the whole concept of Dead Rooster Co. began. We were square in the middle of the countryside, miles of farmland in all directions. Van Morrison's "Into The Mystic" being carried away in wind. Weekends like that one are hard to shake from memory. We can't divulge all the details of those few days or may not be allowed back. However on road trip back home... American spirit, community and cuisine weighed heavy our hearts and stomachs. On the last leg of that drive, the Dead Rooster Co. conversation began. After a year delicious research and development, Dead Rooster Co. was born with single brazen mission: repopulate world with good flavor. We recommend you join our movement.
